I don't know why I would expect my results to be any different, my scales have pretty much stayed the same over the past 6 weeks. I have not been making good food choices, I have not been drinking enough water, I have not been exercising. But I have to admit that finally since my last fill (a week ago - No. 3), I am now feeling some restriction - not alot but enough for the moment. I don't want the band to rule my life, its an aid not a prison cell, it will be as successful as I make it.
So back to basics it is - back to the list in my first blog.
I know that if I choose to eat something that is a bad food choice then I choose to reduce my success on the scales that week.
If I choose to eat that.....then I choose to be fat. The choice is mine.Looking ahead for the New Year - its a New Me, and next summer I will be down at the beach in shorts/swimmers with the kids and loving it!
